Rural property, Bendigo
This property was getting ready for a new dwelling, so the owners needed selected trees taken out and the site prepped before the BAL assessment. Pulling the vegetation and fuel loads back from the house and sheds opens up a proper Asset Protection Zone, which is one more layer of protection when fire season rolls around. We also widened the front entrance so emergency vehicles can get in without a fight.
Residential property, Bendigo
The front and back yard had gotten away from the owners, overgrown weeds, dirt mounds, uneven ground and debris through the lot. They wanted the place usable again and ready for landscaping without having to do the hard yards themselves.
